Red Dog is known as Chicago's Supreme Funk Parlor. Located at 1958 W. North Avenue in Chicago's Wicker Park area, the entrance is in the alley. The inside is spacious. There are two main rooms, and upstairs is a pool table and a smaller, cozier room with its own DJ. |
Even though the actual building is nothing fancy in terms of
decoration, it's the crowd that makes Red Dog a good party. Monday nights are called The
Boom Boom Room. DJs Lego and Mark Grant fill the air with house, garage, and underground.
Guest DJs also add to the fun with Lego and Mark. Boom Boom Room is, by far, the most
popular night at Red Dog. |

| For those who cannot make it to Boom Boom Room, Saturdays at Red Dog come pretty close. DJs Johnny Fiasco and Lego keep that supreme funk vibe going. Guest DJs give new sounds to Saturdays as well. It's a pretty good place to go for a change of pace. |

in the night, the cover charge is not very high. It's only $5 before midnight. Just like
any other night she works, Psychobitch also has a guest list for Future Funk Fridays.
